Management

The work inside a Google Ads month.

Management keeps an account pointed at one conversion: a purchase, a form or a qualified call. The notes below are that work. Adspective’s published scope is the second section.

  • From R8,500/month
  • You own your ad accounts
  • Fee separate from ad spend

Before spend starts

  • Name the conversion: a form, a purchase or a qualified call.
  • Confirm the tag fires once on that event, and that the account can see it.
  • Put the advertiser’s name on the account and the billing profile.
  • Keep the media budget separate from the management fee.
  • Write the themes you will buy, and the ones you will not.

During the month

  • Read the search-term report and add negatives.
  • Compare ads and keep the ones that earn the conversion.
  • Move budget between campaigns that have enough data.
  • Check locations, schedules and devices for waste.
  • Look at the landing page when the click is cheap and the lead is not.
  • Report the spend, the conversions and what changed.
